U.S. Shipping Information
Restrictions & Permitting
A number of plant species are prohibited from being shipped to the U.S. More information can be found on the U.S. Department of Agriculture site here.
Where applicable, import permits must be provided by the purchaser before material can be shipped internationally. Information on import permits for the U.S. can be found here.

Quotes will be given in U.S. dollars.

Please confirm your orders by noon Friday Pacific Standard Time for delivery the following week.
All orders are subject to a CFIA phytosanitary inspection fee, charged at cost.
A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of order confirmation, and required so that production may begin.
Delayed or Cancelled Orders
Holding fees will apply to orders that are delayed by the customer significantly beyond their original ship date.
Cancelled orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are based on distance and time required for delivery. Freight is charged at cost when shipped on our own truck, cost plus 5% via third party carrier. NATS runs fleet trucks down the I-5 corridor most weeks. NATS ships throughout the U.S. and internationally using professional third party carriers. Freight-related costs such as boxing, palleting, and phytosanitary inspection are charged at cost.
Payment and Terms
We accept payment by cash, debit card, company check, Visa, or MasterCard. For accounts with approved credit, payment terms may be arranged. Interest on past-due accounts is charged at 1.5% per month (18% annually). We ask that all invoices be prepaid or C.O.D. until credit is approved.
We take great care in packing your order to ensure it arrives as ordered and in good condition. We can only accept responsibility for product shipped by our own fleet. Any claims against orders delivered by the NATS fleet should be submitted in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the order. If delivered by a third party carrier, any claims, discrepancies or suspected damage should immediately be reported to the carrier representative. Please notify NATS as well, so that we may be of assistance where possible.
Due to our biosecurity measures and Clean Plant certified nursery status, we are unable to accept returns of plant material to the nursery.
Every care is taken to ensure that plants are true to name and type. Any plants proven to be untrue to name or type will, at our discretion, either be replaced free of charge or refunded at the original price. Our liability shall not in any event exceed the original purchase price of the material. No other warranty is given or implied.
